Autumn is officially here! Say goodbye to summer and welcome fall by adding a few warm touches to your home with these festive decorating ideas for your bath. When the seasons change, so do the accessories in my home. I replace the pastel pink pillows on the sofa and the linens in the bedroom with darker, richer jewel tones that make my home feel warm and cozy.
Preparing your home for a new season is easiest when you keep it simple. GORGEOUS, LUSH bath towels from the Hotel Collection, add instant color and texture to my bath. Not only are the Hotel Collection Ultimate MicroCotton towels visually appealing, they are INCREDIBLY SOFT and plush as well! I absolutely LOVE wrapping myself in luxury and feeling pampered!
I would describe the towels as 'divine decor'! You are getting the best quality towels and a beautiful decor accessory all in one.
IT’S THE LITTLE THINGS...
IT’S THE LITTLE THINGS...
It's amazing how a splash of color can brighten up the bathroom and give it a new, seasonal vibe. The Ultimate Micro Cotton Hotel Collection comes in a variety of favorite neutrals, gentle pastels and rich jewel tones that complement and can accommodate every style decor. Use the fresh, fluffy towels in a color that works with your room's color scheme or try contrasting colors for visual interest.
Below are a few ways to display your luxurious and colorful Hotel Collection towels:
Roll up towels and tie them with ribbon. It's a sweet and simple way to add color and a special touch to your bathroom decor.
Fold towels and peel back one or two layers to create a pocket for toiletries, dried sprigs of autumn leaves, or a wash cloth folded accordion style.
Bring the outdoors in with natural decor. Use acorns, sprigs of berries, leaves and pinecones to add a little zing to a bath decor display. I used homemade velvet pumpkins with tree branch stems in the display below! I'm obsessed with velvet pumpkins almost as much as I'm obsessed with these plush towels!
Dried hydrangeas placed in a metallic vase with a colorful washcloth add a soft, yet festive splash of fall color to the vanity...
Last, but certainly not least, I used a bath size towel from the Hotel Collection set to create the stylish towel holder display below. A metallic sunflower clip sets the mood for fall.
See! It's super easy to welcome fall (and luxury) into your home with the Hotel Collection Ultimate Micro Cotton bath towels! The collection is sold exclusively at Macy’s retailers and www.Macys.com. Stop by and check out the beautiful selection of colors and get inspired for the fall season!
