Fab Fall Weekend Wear & We Have A Winner!

The weather has turned very cold here in Cleveland. The other night when we hosted the second game of the world series, it was not only freeeezing, but it rained and there was a cold breeze coming off the lake which made it feel ten times colder. Clevelanders are used to it though and we toughed it out. We didn't win, but we'll come back stronger tonight, right?! So, as a Tribe fan, my weekend will be spent watching the games and hosting one of the game day parties at my house. I'll be dressed in Tribe gear, but for everybody else out there, I thought I was share some inspiration for great fall weekend wear...

For some reason, whenever I think of fall and fashion, I can't help but think of plaid. Fashion gals everywhere are reaching for plaid scarves which give an effortless and casual chic vibe to laid-back weekend wear. Depending on your plans for the day or evening, you can style the look up with a pair of suede ankle booties or dress it down with sneakers or flats.

By the way, I had a reader recently ask me how I choose winners for our monthly drawing. In the interest of fairness, I have a random number generator choose a number between 1 and the number of subscribers I currently have for that particular month. It would take forever to count up to 4,111 (or whatever the random number is), so I estimate where the generated number would fall on my subscriber list, and randomly choose a name from that page. I think this is the fairest way to make sure both old and new subscribers are chosen monthly.
