The rubber outsoles provide great traction on all types of terrains, and I've found no need to remove any of the PCS inserts as I feel the impact protection is perfection! It's nice to know the option is there, if needed. 

If I had to sum up how I felt about my Therafit sneakers in one word (alright three words), I would say "Heaven on Earth!"
