I like to snack a lot which is a problem....so instead of snacking on junk, whenever I need or want to eat a snack or sweets, I try to make sure it's pineapple or an apple or kiwis- basically something from the ground. And I try to drink lots of water bc a lot of times when you think you're hungry your body is just thirsty.

  12. I love eating a clean diet that means everything is fresh, no can or frozen foods. For my snacks its all about peanut butter, rice cake, and protein drink. I exercise 3 times a week, I mix things up a bit, sometimes on step climber or trainer video. The other 4 days is more of a relaxing exercise like walking my dogs or walking with hubby or even bike rides with hubby.

  14. avoiding the sight of chocolate (my weakness), cardio, & yoga. what motivates me most is when i look great--wearing something i love to the gym makes me work that much harder!

  17. I can't say I'm STAYING fit, but I'm BECOMING fit. Since my diagnosis of breast cancer 11 years ago, I have lost 125 pounds. I watch what I eat - in particular, portion-size. And I exercise. I am currently training for my first half-marathon next month. Woo-hoo!

  19. I'm working on it! Mainly by trying to eat a little less and a little healthier. I think it's important to make small changes here and there so you don't get cravings.

  24. I do eat healthy and exercise regularly. the trick to staying active is finding something you have fun doing. I love dance and found jazzercise is perfect for me, I also love dancing in my hula hoop which also can be a total body workout :)

  27. My secret to staying fit and fabulous is not counting calories but just eating natural healthy foods and cutting out processed foods as much as possible. I drink water throughout the day and go for a walk every morning and evening, even if it is just around the block.
