ReplyDeleteI like to snack a lot which is a problem....so instead of snacking on junk, whenever I need or want to eat a snack or sweets, I try to make sure it's pineapple or an apple or kiwis- basically something from the ground. And I try to drink lots of water bc a lot of times when you think you're hungry your body is just thirsty.

ReplyDeleteI love eating a clean diet that means everything is fresh, no can or frozen foods. For my snacks its all about peanut butter, rice cake, and protein drink. I exercise 3 times a week, I mix things up a bit, sometimes on step climber or trainer video. The other 4 days is more of a relaxing exercise like walking my dogs or walking with hubby or even bike rides with hubby.

ReplyDeleteI can't say I'm STAYING fit, but I'm BECOMING fit. Since my diagnosis of breast cancer 11 years ago, I have lost 125 pounds. I watch what I eat - in particular, portion-size. And I exercise. I am currently training for my first half-marathon next month. Woo-hoo!

ReplyDeleteI'm working on it! Mainly by trying to eat a little less and a little healthier. I think it's important to make small changes here and there so you don't get cravings.

ReplyDeleteMy secret to staying fit and fabulous is not counting calories but just eating natural healthy foods and cutting out processed foods as much as possible. I drink water throughout the day and go for a walk every morning and evening, even if it is just around the block.

Eating right is the most important part of my routine, it gives me energy, complete protein to maximize building muscle, and I feel great when I eat healthy, it gives me a sense of accomplishment and confidence.
