I have used something like a Wellness Mat during the eight years I worked in a financial institution. It definitely made a difference when I was on my feet all day long. So I would have to say comfort.

I love the welness mats. A friend of mine had one. It was so nice looking. Once you stand on one of these to do the dishes you will want to do dishes all the time. lol well maybe not but, it is very comfy to stand on and very easy on your back.
